Top Tier founder and CEO, Todd Fine will coach the 2011 Under Armour All American Game this Saturday, August 13 at Wrigley Field. This will be Fine’s fourth year coaching the prestigious all star game. Alumni from previous seasons include former first round picks, Jameson Taillon (Pirates), Donovan Tate (Padres), Zach Wheeler (Giants), Jacob Turner (Tigers), Tyler Matzek (Rockies).
