The 5th Annual Top Tier Winter Banquet will take place Saturday, March 3rd at the William Tell Hotel in Countryside. The banquet will highlight the hard work players have put into winter workouts and the excitement around the upcoming season. All parents and players are invited to attend. The banquet will consist of a cocktail hour, silent auction, guest speakers, dinner and drinks.
The guest speakers last year were drawn from two organizations in which Top Tier has partnered with, Under Armour and USA Baseball. Collin Clark, the Brand Manager for Under Armour and Rick Riccobono, the Director of Player Development for USA Baseball spoke during the last banquet. The guest speakers for the banquet for the 2012 season will be announced at a later time.
The silent auction in the past has consisted of tickets for the Bulls, Blackhawks, Cubs, Brewers, White Sox, and the MLB All-Star Game. A range of items have also been auctioned off including a Derrick Rose & Jonathan Toews Signed Jerseys, CC Sabathia Signed Baseball, USA Baseball Limited Edition Memorabilia, Ryan Sandberg Signed Poster, 50 inch plasma television, restaurant gift certificates, Top Tier limited edition items, gloves, bats, and much more.
