The Top Tier 17u schedules are now posted. This season will feature three 17U teams due to the tremendous amount of talent that came out to winter workouts and tryouts. All teams have competitive schedules and play in some of the top tournaments in the mid west and across the country.
The Top Tier Americans will be coached by Todd Fine and Seth Kenny. Both coaches bring a wealth of knowledge. This will be Fine’s 12th season coaching with Top Tier and Kenny’s 3rd. The Americans will be traveling to Illinois State University, Purdue University, East Cobb, University of Tennessee, and the University of Akron. They will be competing in the NABF World Series, Perfect Game WWB, and the Pastime World Series.
There will be two Top Tier National teams. One of the teams will be coached by Brian Duffy and Nate Recknagel. This will be Duffy’s second season coaching the Top Tier Nationals and Recknagel’s second season coaching with Top Tier. This team will be traveling to Butler University, Purdue University, University of Notre Dame, Best of the Mid West Tournament (Wright State University, University of Dayton, University of Miami Ohio, University of Cincinnati), and the season concludes with the CABA World Series in Euclid, OH.
The other Top Tier National team will be coached by Chris Stoker. This will be Stoker’s second season coaching with Top Tier. Stoker is currently finishing up coaching at Purdue University North Central. Coach Stoker’s team will be traveling to Butler University, Round Tripper, Purdue University, University of Notre Dame, Best of the Mid West Tournament (Wright State University, University of Dayton, University of Miami Ohio, University of Cincinnati), and the season concludes with the Pastime Nationals in Indianapolis and the Diamond Sports World Series at Illinois State University.
