Robby McDonnell, a 6-foot-1 LHP from Barrington HS, has committed to the University of Illinois. Armed with a mid-80s fastball and top-level curveball, McDonnell posted a 9-3 record with a 2.10 ERA and 99 strikeouts in 71 innings as a junior.
