Top Tier 16U catcher Jason Goldstein was recently named the number-two overall prospect in the class of 2012 at the Under Armour Pre-Season All-America Tournament in Tucson, Arizona. The event was comprised of the top players from across the country vying for a chance to be a part of the Under Armour All American game held each summer at Wrigley Field. Jason played varsity as a freshman last year at Highland Park High School and is poised for a break out campaign this spring for the Giants. Goldstein is currently rated the 5th best prospect in Illinois’ class of 2012 by the Prep Baseball Report. To read more about his performance in Arizona click here. |
