Todd Fine

Chief Executive Officer
Todd is the co-founder and CEO of Top Tier Baseball. Todd has led Top Tier to eight consecutive AABC state titles (2004-2011), and back-to-back CABA National Championships (2009 & 2010). Under Fine’s direction Top Tier has had over 250 players go on to play at the next level including over 150 division 1 signees, and nearly 40 draft picks. He is a member of the USA Baseball Task Force, responsible for selecting the 18U USA Baseball National Team. Todd coached in the Under Armour All American Game at Wrigley Field for the last 4yrs (2008-2011). Todd is also a former associate scout for the Houston Astros (2004-2009), the co-owner of the Prep Baseball Report, Slammers, and PBR Academy. Todd pitched at Michigan State University.

Seth Kenny

Seth Kenny, PBR's Director of Player Development, has been a Division 1 college pitching coach for nine years, as well as having played two years of profiessional baseball for the Oakland A's organization. While at Austin Peay State University and Illinois State University, Kenny coached over 30 players who played professional baseball. As Director of the Prep Baseball Report Academy, Kenny has developed and run youth camps, prospect camps, team and individual training for all ages.

Chris Carlsen

Chris Carlsen, Top Tier’s Director of Youth Baseball, brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the program. Carlsen has been a college pitching coach since 1997, where he began coaching at Wayne State University (1997-98) before he spent four years at the University of Nebraska-Omaha (2000-2003). Carlsen then moved on to Winona State (2003-2007), where he helped lead the program to two NCAA Division II Regionals. Carlsen also served as the pitching coach and recruiting coordinator at Lewis University (2007-2009). Additionally, Carlsen coached in the Northwoods Collegiate Baseball League (2006-07) and is currently a associate scout for the Cleveland Indians. Last year, Carlsen served as the pitching coach at Providence High School, where he helped lead the Celtics to a state runner-up finish in Class 4A. In his career, Carlsen has coached more than 20 pitchers who were drafted.

Brian Duffy

Brian Duffy, Top Tier's Director of High School Baseball, has been a Division 1 assistant baseball coach at the United States Naval Academy. At Navy, Brian assisted in all on field responsibilities gaining expertise in all facets of the game. Furthermore, he was a sought after coach representing Navy at some of the most prestigious college showcase-camps throughout the country. Brian played at Division 1 University of Maryland, Baltimore County where he was a four year letter winner. Brian graduated with a Master of Business Administration in Sport Management from Loyola University Chicago.

Corteze Armstrong

Corteze Armstrong was a standout outfielder while attending Western Kentucky University. He then moved on to play professionally for the Cleveland Indians organization. Following his playing career he worked as a full time professional scout for the Cleveland Indians.

Chris Stocker
Chris Stocker served as an assistant baseball coach at Purdue University North Central (PNC). Stocker played at PNC where he is ranked in the top five of many PNC offensive categories including games played, homeruns, runs batted in and hits. Upon his college graduation, Stocker returned to his high-school alma mater St. Ignatius, as the Head Coach of the Sophomore Team and later Assistant Varsity Coach. Additionally, in 2010 Chris coached the 17U Top Tier Nationals. He is currently working on his MBA with an expected graduation date of summer, 2012.
John Krenger

John Krenger started coaching at Hamlin Park in 1995. While with Hamlin Park, Krenger won 4 Bronze Medals, 4 Silver, and 1 Gold. In the summer of 2005, Krenger led Hamlin Park to a AAU World Series Championship. He additionally finished 2nd in the AAU World Series in 2006 & 2007.  Krenger also finished 2nd in the CABA World Series three times from 2005-2007. Krenger came over to Top Tier in 2006 where he has served as a coach for the 15u team.

Matt Yarber

Matt Yarber recently finished working with USA Baseball where he assisted with the 18u National Team who will be competing in the Junior Pan Am Championship. Matt also served as the University of Michigan undergraduate Team Manager for three seasons. During his time there the team won a Big Ten Championship, Big Ten Tournament, and was the host of an NCAA Regional Site. Additionally, he has worked with the New York Mets in their Corporate Sales Department.

Jon Fixler

Jon Fixler, played professionally for five years in the Houston Astros organization as a catcher. Prior to playing professionally Jon played at Indiana University. Jon played with the Top Tier 18u team in 2004.

Bill Sinacore
Bill Sinacore played at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. He led the team in appearances and saves during his tenor. After graduating Bill returned to his alma mater as an assistant coach, focusing on pitching and defense. He most recently held positions with the McHenry County Hurricanes and Crystal Lake American Little League.
Kevin Konsler

The 2012 season will be Konsler's 4th season in Top Tier. He currently coaches at Ridgewood High School. Konsler has also spent two seasons as the Head Sophomore Coach at Grayslake Central High School and one season at Lake Forest High School. As a prep athlete, Konsler attended Lake Forest High School where he helped lead the Scouts to a 3rd Place finish in the State Finals. Konsler played collegiate baseball at Illinois State University where he served as captain during his senior season. He earned a BA in English Education from ISU before pursuing a degree is Special Education at National Louis University.

Todd Krennrich
Todd is in his 21st season coaching baseball. He has coached travel teams from 8U and up. He is also currently a high school varsity baseball coach. He has coached in various World Series and Invitational Tournaments across the country. He has guided teams in CABA, USSSA, and State Sectional Finals at the varsity high school level. Prior to coaching Todd was a catcher at Augustana College. Todd also served as the Vice President and Head of Player Development for four seasons with the McHenry County Hurricanes before coming over to Top Tier. 
Victor Valdez
Victor Valdez, played professionally with the Normal Cornbelters of the Frontier League as an outfielder. In 2010 he graduated from Webster University with a degree in finance. At Webster he was first team all region and currently holds the single-season HR and RBI records. He went back in 2011 to coach at his alma mater, where he worked primarily with hitters and outfielders. Before Webster University, Victor played at St. Joseph's College and his high school ball at Benet Academy. Victor also was a member of the Top Tier 18U Team in 2006.
Chad Bisnette

Chad Bisnette has played professionally in independed baseball, with the Orange County Flyers (2009), Gary Railcats (2010), Coastal Kingfish (2010), Sioux City Explorers (2011), Grand Prairie Airhogs (2011), and White Sands Pupfish (2011). Prior to playing professionally Chad played at the University of Dayton, Oakland Community College, and Pitt Community College. Chad also played with the Top Tier 18u team in 2004 & 2005.

Paul Krenger

Paul Krenger pitched as a senior at the University of Dubuque and was voted pitcher of the year in conference during the 2011 season. Paul also pitched in and won the AAU World Series and CABA World Series in 2005. Paul worked as the assistant coach for the Top Tier 15U team in 2011.
