Transformational Throwing Program
The TTP and TPT will be run by full time staff members Christopher Seropian Director of Performance, Top Tier alum, former collegiate pitcher, exercise science graduate, and current graduate assistant student in strength and conditioning; Seth Kenny Director of Teams and former Division 1 pitching and recruiting coordinator; and Dylan Rajkovich Director of Player Development and former collegiate coach. Malcolm McGrady, Top Tier alum and former Phillies draft pick, and current Youth Pitching Coordinator; Keith Rogalla, former 12th round draft pick by the Los Angeles Angels out of Creighton, current De La Salle and Top Tier pitching coach; and AJ Fuller, Assistant Strength and Conditioning coach, Top Tier alum, former collegiate hitter will also be involved with the TTP.

In-Person Transformational Throwing Program (TTP) (Includes TPT Strength Training)
Training staff will be available full time. An all encompassing training app will be utilized for data analysts, videos, bullpens, nutrition, and scheduling. Full access to Top Tier baseball facilities Monday - Wednesday 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM with staff on hand. 6 Days a week starting in November.

Fully Remote Transformational Throwing Program (Includes TPT Strength Training)
Training staff will be available through the app. There is no access to the facility, however, the player will receive full access to the app that will consist of their TTP schedule as well as their strategic individualized strength program. There will be 2 in person assessment dates, and weekly staff meetings.
